1. Who we are

2. What we sell

Odéa creates custom songs from the information you share with us in the questionnaire. The lyrics are written from your answers and reviewed by our team; the music and vocals are produced with music-creation tools that use artificial intelligence.

Add-ons offered at checkout: instrumental version, printable illustrated lyrics (PDF) and karaoke video.

3. Prices and payment

Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Payment is due when you place your order and is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. We never store your card details.

4. Delivery times

Your song is delivered by email, to the address you provide at checkout, within 48 hours (or within 24 hours with the express option) of your order being confirmed. Nothing is shipped physically. If anything unexpected comes up, we’ll let you know by email.

5. The information you share with us

You agree to share only information you are free to share and that does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline an order whose requested content is abusive, defamatory, hateful or unlawful; in that case it is refunded in full.

6. Revisions

After delivery, you can request as many free revisions as you need (a word, a line, the pronunciation of a name, the tempo) by replying to the delivery email, within 30 days.

7. Money-back guarantee

If, after revisions, you still don’t love your song, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the price of the song. Because every song is custom-made, this guarantee replaces standard returns. See our Refund Policy.

8. Using your song

Your song is for personal, private use: you can listen to it, share it with friends and family and play it at a private event (birthday, wedding, etc.). Any commercial use (resale, advertising, release on a streaming platform) requires our prior written consent.

9. Personal information

Your questionnaire answers are used only to write and deliver your song. They are never sold or shared. You can ask us to delete them at any time through the contact form. For everything else, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes
